I was from out of town and had a nail in one of my tires. Appointment was booked, and the service was great. The wait time wasn't long; no charge bc we have road hazard warranty on the tires. I appreciate the fast service and peace of mind about getting home safely. Thanks to all who took care of the issue!!

This is the Second time I’ve encountered Salesman Robert MM at Store 996 in Cedar Park. He was attentive, courteous, acknowledgeable, and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t need(even though future recommendations were made). I will continue to go to this establishment even though I live closer to another DT because of the experiences I have at Store 996. As you know I had plenty of time to sit and watch several encounters and I saw nothing but great encounters with every staff member. Holding doors open, greeting everyone even if they were assisting other customers. And let’s not forget the team that hands you your keys on the way out… the sweaty greasy guys who are out there making sure you’re care is taken care of!!! A great example of over all teamwork!
