The staff here was prompt and polite. George initially assisted me with what I thought was a simple tire pressure check, but he discovered that my tires were actually in terrible condition. He showed me the extent of the wear and guided me through the process of selecting and purchasing new tires. Although I hadn't planned to buy new tires that day, the need was urgent. George worked with me and my budget to ensure I could afford a safe replacement, making safety the top priority throughout the process. I arrived close to closing time, but he assured me the team would stay late to complete the work so I could get back on the road safely without having to make a second trip. I was in and out within an hour!

In and out in 45 minutes. Problem solved without hesitation. Glad I bought the certificates; zero cost to me for replacement. Matthew is an asset to Discount Tire.

The few times that I have visited this store, the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Went in with a slight shimmy at highway speeds. They balanced and rotated my tires for free. Shimmy gone. And they weren't even there tires! Great company

Recommend tire pressure- located in the inside of the driver side door is 32. Three tires were set at 38. One was set at 60.
